1. How do I become a member?
TuitionFund, LLC is in the process of licensing the TuitionFund® concepts to banks and other financial services companies. When a licensed program becomes available in your area, either TuitionFund, LLC or the licensee or its agents will email you to inquire as to your interest in possibly joining their program. Generally, the bank or financial services company licensee will request that you register one or more credit and/or debit card accounts you would like to use in conjunction with their program and select where you want your rebates directed (e.g. a savings or investment account, applied against a student loan debt obligation, or contributed to a higher education-related charity).
2. I worry about privacy issues.
Will my personal and card account information be secure?
As stated in our Privacy Policy, TuitionFund, LLC will not collect any personally identifying information about you unless you choose to provide the information to us. We will not disclose, sell, or rent any personally identifying information provided by you to any third party unless they have signed a confidentiality agreement with TuitionFund, LLC and they have or are in the process of entering into a licensing agreement with TuitionFund, LLC to sponsor or support a rebate program in which you could be eligible to participate.
TuitionFund, LLC does not collect or retain any card account information for consumers interested in joining a licensed TuitionFund® program. You should read the privacy policy of the sponsoring bank's or financial services company's program you are interested in joining as well as the security provisions they employ in connection with the card account information they may collect from you or in connection with your qualifying purchase transactions.

How can I encourage my favorite merchant to join a TuitionFund® sponsored program?
Consumers are encouraged to use the Recommend
a Merchant area of the TuitionFund® web
site to let us know of a favorite merchant you would like to have participate in a licensed program. When a licensed TuitionFund® program launches in your area, either TuitionFund, LLC or a licensing bank or financial service company sponsor will contact the recommended merchant(s) for possible participation.
4. What size rebate should
I expect?
The rebates will vary depending on the participating merchant's business model.
Typically, the rebates of a licensed program will range from 1% to 15%. Rebate percentages
may vary for different types of cards or by the day of the week,
and some may have absolute dollar maximums per transaction. For
details
on a particular merchant's rebate structure, visit the participating merchant section of the sponsoring bank's or financial service company's reward or rebate program related to higher education.
TuitionFund, LLC has been granted U.S. Patent Nos. 7,499,872, 7,653,572 and 7,899,704 which, along with other pending application(s), applies to this program and to certain of its features and services.
