All such information gathered in the consumer or merchant inquiry process is securely stored and is not shared with third parties except for those who have signed a confidentiality agreement with Tuition Fund, LLC and they have or are in the process of entering into a licensing agreement with Tuition Fund, LLC to sponsor or support a rebate program in which you could be eligible to participate.

2. Session/Server Information
We may track session and server information. For example, once a party accesses the website, through the use of cookies (see below) and IP addresses, we may track and store information such as site location, navigation habits, and other general behavior trends.
